   To the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the finance departments (bureaus) of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, and cities specifically designated in the state plan, and the Finance Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:

   In order to adapt to the needs of financial reform of trade union organizations, further standardize trade union accounting, and improve the quality of accounting information, in accordance with the "Accounting Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Trade Union Law of the People's Republic of China" and other laws and regulations, we have revised the "Accounting System for Trade Unions" promulgated in 2009. It is hereby issued and shall take effect from January 1, 2022.

   If any issues are encountered during implementation, please provide timely feedback to the Ministry.
